I specialize in trauma and PTSD, complex trauma, perinatal and postpartum mental health, grief, identity, and relationship work with adults and couples. I draw on CBT, DBT, ACT, and trauma-focused, mindfulness-based approaches, and for couples integrate Emotionally Focused and Gottman work. I offer affirming virtual therapy across Florida.
