My ideal client is someone who feels motivated to find empowerment over their own life. My ideal client is someone who wants to use therapy as a space to explore, express, process, brainstorm, feel, connect, and create. Therapy is a resource to them to assist in the ongoing challenges that arise as a result of being human. They want a therapist who will both support them and challenge them. They may have a background of traumatic experiences, they may have an official or unofficial diagnosis of neurodivergence, or they may be someone who simply feels like we would be a good therapist/client match.
I have extensive training in trauma informed care. I am trained in EMDR and Brainspotting and use those therapies daily with my clients. As a neurodivergent myself, I also specialize in working with other neurodivergent individuals to help them navigate this weird world that we live in! I also have training in play therapy.
Both professionally and personally, I love to be a witness to the important stories of others.
