In-office or virtual sessions are available Mon-Fri with the earliest session starting at 1pm & the last session starting at 7pm.
I have worked with clients dealing with anxiety, depression, childhood trauma, grief, coping skills, stress, boundary setting, and even self-esteem issues. As a Mental Health Counselor, I am deeply committed to supporting the well-being of all clients by exploring ways to improve relationships and achieve your full life’s potential.
