Hi! I'm Carrie. I'm a licensed professional clinical counselor (LPCC) with over 10 years of experience. I've worked in community mental health, emergency rooms, and in crisis work. Now I'm bringing that experience to my own practice. My passion is working with individuals who have experienced trauma as well as parents who are preparing for or adjusting to parenthood. I’m currently pursuing EMDR certification.
I utilize a multidisciplinary approach to therapy including components of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Your counseling experience will be tailored to you and your specific needs. Together, we will set goals for our time together and keep track of those goals to see your progress along the way.
