Hello! My name is CaraJean Gray and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I graduated with a Master's degree in Social Work from The University of Georgia in 2007. My approach to therapy is that we will work together towards the goals that are important to you.
Oftentimes there are a multitude of complexities causing stress in our lives such as relationship issues, family dynamics, employment issues, traumatic experiences, or a lack of healthy coping strategies. I truly enjoy helping my clients identify goals and take steps toward alleviating their stressors and improving their overall quality of life.
I have always had a desire to help people in ways that truly impact their quality of life. Even as a teenager, I was spending time helping others in a multitude of ways. It is a privilege for me every time someone trusts me with their story and I strive to be the support and encouragement that each person needs to succeed in their life.
