I'm so happy you're here. I believe one of the most essential elements to truly effective therapy is the relationship you have with your therapist. It is inevitable that a therapist’s personality is present in each session and mine frequently shows up through warmth, humor, openness, empowerment, and curiosity. I aim to be my authentic self in our sessions and strive to create a safe and supportive space for you to do the same. There is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy, so I tailor my style to fit your needs and goals. Therapy can be hard work and I am here to make it more comfortable and meaningful for you.
I truly enjoy working with individuals with a wide variety of presenting issues and backgrounds. Some of my special interests include life transitions, depression, parenting, anxiety, self-esteem, family and relationship concerns, and LGBTQIA+ affirming therapy.
