With lived experience of ADHD and OCD, I understand the dedication and effort it can take to develop effective self-regulation skills and find strategies that truly align with your unique needs.

In addition to my clinical work, I bring personal insight into life transitions, including relocating and changing career paths. After beginning my professional journey in education, I transitioned into therapy—an experience that deepened my respect for the courage it takes to make meaningful changes in pursuit of a more fulfilling life.
