I am a lesbian therapist and work with the LGBTQIA+ population. However, my practice is open and welcoming to everyone. I focus on the root cause of why you are struggling and how to overcome those struggles. In working together, you will understand the "why" beneath your thinking and behaviors that keep you stuck in old patterns. You will develop self-awareness that leads to lasting change. I am highly knowledgeable in the areas that affect the LGBTQIA+ population and addiction. My areas of expertise include the treatment of Trauma, Codependency, Addiction, Anxiety and Depressive Disorders, Relationship Issues, and Spiritual and Religious Abuse. I am trained in Psychedelic-Assisted therapy, EMDR and IFS, which assist in treating trauma.
