My ideal clients are women, LGBTQ+ individuals, and couples who appear high functioning on the outside but internally feel emotionally exhausted, overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, or stuck in painful relationship patterns they cannot seem to break. This therapy is for people who are ready to stop people-pleasing, set healthier boundaries, and create more balanced relationships where their needs matter too. As a lesbian therapist, I also provide LGBTQ affirming therapy. Sessions are highly individualized and designed to create meaningful change.
I integrate EMDR therapy online, Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy online, somatic therapy, nervous system regulation, ketamine-assisted psychotherapy plus integration, and trauma intensives.
