I work with children, adolescents, and young adults facing a variety of challenges. My hope is to help each of my clients gain a greater awareness and acceptance of themselves, develop healthy boundaries, practice self-care, and find ways to overcome past and current life struggles. I believe that each person who enters my office is a person worthy of love, respect, and kindness. My office is a safe place to be your authentic self.
My goal is to create a positive, nonjudgmental, and safe environment that meets each client where they are. I use several approaches to create a unique therapy experience for each client: CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, Person Centered and Solution-Focused Therapy.
