So many times we are held back from being the full and true version of ourselves because of negative thought patterns and misguided feelings that we have about ourselves and the world around us. Becoming a healthy and fulfilled version of ourselves free from societal expectations can be scary. What if I lose people? What if I am wrong about what I want? What if my family won't accept me? What if I fail? What if I can't do it? I am seeing clients of all ages and walks of life to help them become the people that they want to be. I strive to provide a space where everyone feels safe to be 100% themselves.

My desire is to assist you in discovering what it is that you truly want and offering supportive talk therapy to address obstacles to achieving a confident and healthy version of yourself. My direct manner of addressing difficulties can assist you in growing into the person you want to be.
I have lived a lot of life, I have reinvented myself and my own life path has not been easy. I have changed from one career to another, from one type of lifestyle to another, I have been able to break down others expectations of who I was. It seems to be an impossible task.
