Hi! I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker who is excited to work with a wide range of clients. It is my passion to help clients navigate through healing from depression, anxiety, trauma, and other life stressors and transitions. I greatly enjoy utilizing creative therapeutic approaches and interventions, often incorporating art, music, or play into sessions. It is important to me that I take a client-centered and strengths-based approach to working collaboratively with clients.
I have experience working with clients as young as 5 years old. I specialize in childhood trauma and mental health, with treatment options such as Trauma-Focused CBT and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) with influences from DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), and Solution-Focused Therapy.
