I love working with clients who are eager to start their healing journey but don't quite know where or how to begin, as well as clients who have tried therapy before and want to continue learning more about themselves. I have particular expertise in supporting neurodivergent individuals, those who have received a "late-in-life" neurodivergent diagnosis, neurodivergent AFAB and female-identifying clients, folks who have experienced trauma, individuals experiencing burnout, and those moving through grief and loss. It is also an honor to support individuals through healing the complex yet frequent convergence of the above experiences.
I specialize in Dance/Movement Therapy, EMDR, and Expressive Arts Therapy, all strongly informed by IFS/parts work, polyvagal theory and somatic awareness. Additionally, I offer more traditional talk therapy frameworks, if that’s more your style. I also love to get creative with clients to find the perfect hybrid of methods that works for them!
I proudly identify as a neurodivergent therapist and a neurodiversity-affirming therapist. My goal is that every client feels welcomed just how they are. Our brains all process information differently, and I think that's just wonderful!
I offer in-person and telehealth sessions for clients in NH, and telehealth for clients in ME and VT.
