These 3-day workshops assist those struggling in three relationships. Love addicts assign too much time, attention and value to another person while neglecting to care for themselves. Love avoidants systematically use relational walls during intimate contact in order to prevent feeling overwhelmed. Participants will gain a greater awareness of how these cycles have been evident in their own adult relationships as well learning how to overcome these dynamics. This experiential workshop consists of two "processes" that focus on how/where participants get stuck into "addictive/avoidant" cycles and how to strengthen functional adult behaviors when those cycles get activated.

Owning Your Power
Owning Your Power group investigates the origins of adult dysfunctional behaviors. In this revolutionary educational and experiential group, participants learn to identify the childhood wounds which fuel adult dysfunction, i.e.: depression, anxiety, addictions, eating disorders and relationship difficulties. The focus is not on blaming caregivers; but rather healing the trauma (any less-than-nurturing events). The workshop is based on the groundbreaking work of Pia Mellody and utilizes her treatment model.

Partners of Sex Addicts - Group
This group assists partners of sex addicts maneuver through the challenges they face. In this supportive environment, participants will learn how to develop good boundaries as well as learning how to address their own selfcare needs. Virginia Beach, VA Meeting Dates rotation every other Tuesday night from 7 pm -9 pm. Total cost for 3 sessions is $300 and is due at the beginning of each 3 session rotation. Space is limited.
