I primarily work with children and adolescents experiencing anxiety, depression, and life changes. I create each treatment plan based on what each client needs. I would want parents/guardians to be involved in the process and be great support systems for their child. I also work individually with adults experiencing anxiety or depression.
I have experience using play therapy techniques and have been trained in filial play therapy. I also pull from therapeutic models like CBT, DBT, and narrative therapy. I recognize that each client is individually unique and cater each client's treatment plan to the client's specific goals.
