I am passionate about serving individuals who are motivated to seek treatment for Depressive Disorders, Anxiety Disorders, Trauma, Mood Disorders, or to receive support through life changes. You may know what you are seeking from the therapeutic process or be interested in learning how therapy could be beneficial. I take a person centered and strengths based approach throughout the care I provide. I am also trained to provide licensure supervision to LMSW's seeking licensure.
With ten years of experience in Clinical Social Work, I am prepared to help you beginning with assessment followed by collaboration to develop a treatment plan. Based on the needs and goals you identify, I will make suggestions on evidence based treatment modalities that may be most effective in assisting you with meeting your goals.
Please reach out to me if you are seeking an effective therapist who also demonstrates warmth, friendliness, and humor. I will provide compassion and understanding throughout our sessions. I look forward to collaborating with you on how I can help!
