Welcome! Counseling provides a safe space to facilitate personal growth and positive change as you work through life’s challenges. Treating from a relational approach, I help clients gain insight into how their patterns of emotions, thoughts, and beliefs impact their relationships with themselves and others. By understanding these dynamics, clients are empowered to create deeper fulfillment in their relationships and lives. My goal is to support you in achieving greater self-awareness, healing, and lasting positive change.
I am Perinatal Mental Health Certifiied (PMH-C) and specialize in treating depression, anxiety, trauma, and loss in the perinatal period, as well as infertility concerns. My practice also focuses on treating relational trauma/complex PTSD. Additionally, I support women suspecting or diagnosed with ADHD, as well as mood related perimenopause symptoms.
My approach is genuine, relaxed and open-minded. I appreciate humor when appropriate. I believe that you intuitively have the answers for which you are searching. It is my role to collaborate with you to access that wisdom by finding trust and compassion within yourself.
