Welcome! I'm a marriage and family therapist providing services to couples, families, and individual adults. My practice focuses on challenges such as life transitions, communication, parenting dilemmas, and relationship concerns. I have a special passion for working with expecting and new parents who wish to strengthen connection and communication during the exciting journey of welcoming a baby. Whether you are looking to improve personal well-being, navigate a significant life change, or enhance relationships with loved ones, I will offer compassionate support and encouragement every step of the way!

Working with me is a collaborative process. I use solution-focused and person-centered approaches in order to highlight personal strengths and resources as a foundation for growth. My approach is strengths-based, easy-going, warm, and accepting.
My client hours are Monday to Thursday from 9am to 3pm. If you're interested in working together, please email me with a brief description of your therapy goals.
