I have worked extensively with adolescents and adults in an outpatient setting who struggle with mental health and/or substance use disorders. I have additionally served the community through providing therapeutic services in a juvenile detention center, residential treatment facility, and an alternative school setting.
I intend to meet clients precisely where they are both in life overall and within each moment. I use an eclectic therapeutic approach differentiated and adjusted to the client’s needs and
preferences. Evidenced-based
techniques are used alongside each other and interconnectively, so that clients are supported and challenged.
This work for me is highly inspiring, yet humbling. My style of communication is direct as well as deeply nurturing. I stand firm in being culturally sensitive as well as affirming of all humans. I am additionally well-informed in, and hold a high regard for, the complexities of Autism, ADHD, and all things neurodivergence entails.
