I specialize in working with individuals facing perinatal depression, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, birth trauma, psychosis, fertility concerns, and perinatal loss. Other specialties include women’s issues, complex trauma, and healing from emotionally unsafe/toxic relationships. I also enjoy working with young adults as they transition into the next phase of life.
My approach to therapy is relational and psychodynamic, which means we’ll look at your current struggles with compassion while also exploring the deeper patterns and experiences that may be shaping them. I'm currently working towards a trauma certification to continue growing in how I support clients who’ve experienced trauma.
I'm certified in perinatal mental health (PMH-C) through Postpartum Support International and have been specializing in this area for over 10 years. I believe healing happens in safe, supportive relationships, and I aim to create a space where you feel truly seen and understood.
