My approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I offer client-centered talk therapy, a collaborative approach designed to empower individuals in their journey toward personal growth and emotional well-being. Through a therapeutic relationship, and goal setting I help clients explore and recognize unhelpful thought patterns and begin to reframe these thoughts, and to create lasting change.
