I work with clients and individuals who are struggling with sexual issues, anxiety, depression, life stressors, family issues and moms who are struggling to find balance. I work with adolescents to adults and diverse populations. The ideal client is one who seeks help. Therapy can be overwhelming. I use a mixture of therapies and approaches to help treat my clients depending on their needs.
My goal is to allow my clients a secure space where they can be heard in a non biased environment. I support my clients and help them explore their thoughts and feelings so they can get to a place where they can think beyond themselves and achieve their goals.
My approach to therapy is eclectic and client driven. I often use cognitive behavioral therapy, reality therapy and solution focused therapy. I work with Individuals and couples.
