About
I utilize a psychodynamic, trauma-informed, nurturing approach, as well as a variety of other therapeutic approaches tailored to your individual needs. I work with adults, adolescents, and children. My experience includes, but is not limited to working with eating disorders, anxiety, issues with assertiveness/setting boundaries, self-esteem issues, body image issues, grief and loss, adjustments/transitions, and problems within relationships. I work to provide a safe, validating and non-judgmental environment for individuals and act as a guide throughout my client's journey to desired change.
