I use a person-centered, strengths based approach utilizing evidence-based practice, tailored to each person and their needs.
I have a background in working with those from many walks of life, but I am especially drawn to those facing struggles around parenting, blending families, motherhood, military life, depression, anxiety, body image, intimacy/ sex/ pleasure and relationship concerns.
