I believe that each person is the expert on their own life experiences and needs, so I believe strongly in utilizing a collaborative/person centered approach to therapy services.
Over the past 13+ years, I have provided treatment to individuals of all ages experiencing a broad spectrum of emotional, contextual and various mental health related struggles. I have specialized certifications in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral therapy (TF-CBT) and Parent Management Training (PMT).
