Look at you taking steps toward growth! I'm so glad you're here! As humans we are multi-faceted, and we grow most when we care for our whole being - mental, emotional, physical, social and spiritual health. So, one step at a time, a holistic approach to life's struggles can help you be your best. You have unique experiences and challenges and are created with an innate ability to gain understanding and learn skills by which you can be transformed and renewed. If you wrestle with depression, anxiety, anger, trauma, relational issues, grief and loss, spiritual growth, personal goals, or health and wellness, I'd love to help!
I have over 20 years’ experience counseling with adolescents and adults using a variety of therapeutic interventions. My primary treatment modalities include Christian Counseling (upon request), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, emotional regulation skills training, Experiential Counseling, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution Focused Treatment.
The pain that leads one to seek counseling can leave you feeling vulnerable. My hope is to empower, educate and encourage you as we work together to explore your goals and God-given gifts, build on your skills, and explore new avenues for your healing and growth. I would find it an honor and a joy to walk this path with you and hope to hear from you soon!
