I’m a trauma informed therapist that works with adolescents and adults with optimism and understanding about the challenges they face.
I enjoy helping individuals with life transitions and working on self-esteem. I have a passion for working with women in midlife. I specialize in eating disorders, and bring experience working in higher levels of care & the understanding of the modalities they use. I use a combination of theoretical orientations, including CBT and ACT.
I use compassion, humor, and unwavering optimism to empower clients to live their best life. I am here to cheer my clients on, empathize, and foster independence.
