Since 2016, I have provided individual, group, and family therapy in residential and inpatient settings, supporting clients with anxiety, trauma, mood disorders, behavioral challenges, and neurodivergence.
My approach is integrative and tailored to each client, using evidence-based methods like CBT, DBT, Trauma-Focused CBT, Gottman Method, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). I focus on helping couples improve communication and connection, while supporting children, teens, and families in building emotional regulation, resilience, and stronger relationships.
