Life can present you with new challenges and strategies that have gotten you this far no longer seem to work. This can make you feel stuck and like you are working so hard, but can’t seem to get out of a pattern that is causing more stress than it is solving. Through utilizing approaches from Dialectical Behavioral therapy (DBT) and Solution - focused therapy (SFBT), I sit down with clients to understand their unique experience, needs, and strengths to collaboratively identify their goals for therapy.
I have been providing individual, group, and family therapy since 2016 with children, teens, and their families facing a vast range of issues (mood disorders, behavioral concerns, neurodivergence, traumatic experiences, and anxiety to highlight just a few!) in both the residential and inpatient hospital settings.
I strive to create a safe, welcoming, and comfortable environment for clients, couples, and families in order to build a positive therapeutic relationship to identify strategies and build skills to meet their personal goals and create more space for joy and ease in their day to day.
