I believe that humans are capable of healing and growth when we are given space to be seen, heard, and fully accepted. I hope that through our work together, you will find the freedom to live your life bravely and embrace who you are.  A question that guides my approach to therapy is: “How do your past experiences, trauma, and heartache impact your life today?” The answer to that question is an invitation to heal past wounds and find more peace in the present.

I also believe that connecting with our bodies is a vital part of mental wellness and healing and am trained in EMDR and Brainspotting to further facilitate trauma recovery. I love inviting clients to utilize art and creativity in their healing journeys.

I value the uniqueness of each individual and am grateful for the opportunity to work with people of all backgrounds, beliefs, and sexual and gender identities.
