I knew I was called to be a psychotherapist when I was 10. How else was I going to fix my life after my parents damaged it :-) After growing up in foster care, I spent decades feeling lost & helpless. At 37, I finally learned how to heal myself. I went on to attain my PhD, a Hypnotherapy degree, authored books & courses. My clinical training includes working in substance abuse facilities, a psychiatric hospital, w/ military & foster children, all of which I've loved. Now I teach how the mind and nervous system work together so you can re-regulate them & transmute old traumas & stress.
Together we will assess your presenting challenges, process your emotional state, problem solve, and reprogram your subconscious mind with hypnosis (optional) so that you can gain greater emotional regulation, locus of control, personal power, resolve inner-conflicts, childhood trauma, identify new life goals, & more.
