I have a passion for creating a non-judgmental safe space where people feel comfortable, supported, accepted and validated. It is my goal to meet you where you are and work collaboratively with you, to help you take positive life-changing steps towards a life worth living. I am also here to support you on your journey to finding your true authentic seIf, helping you move from surviving to thriving.
I work with adults/teens struggling with a variety of mental health concerns: depression, anxiety, addiction, chronic stress, chronic health issues, relational difficulties, and life transitions. I specialize in working with individuals who suffer from trauma, grief and loss, PTSD, and Bipolar Disorder. I am also a Veteran in service to my fellow Veterans.
I can be directive, yet empathetic in nature. I will help you build a skill set to assist you w/managing your symptoms and work to help you improve your quality of life. I believe we all have an authentic self inside of us and I am here to assist you with learning how to be true to your heart in a world that often feels unsafe, unpredictable and lonely.
