My ideal client is someone who is looking to work through emotional issues in a safe and accepting space. They come to session wanting to address their emotional distress, find healthy solutions to difficult problems, and gain self-confidence in managing their emotions. They may need help in recognizing and expressing their feelings, exploring and understanding the impact of their past, and in improving their interpersonal skills. They may have experienced trauma and need help in understanding and dealing with the symptoms it can bring. Ultimately, my client seeks help in creating a more fulfilling life with healthy relationships.
I am a Mental Health Consultant with 10+ years of professional practice in mental wellness and therapeutic services. My passion for serving youth, combined with my training in school psychology, has enabled me to provide psychological/educational services to individuals with behavior and learning difficulties. I'm a Nationally Certified School Psychologist.
Outside of consulting, I'm passionate about positively impacting my community. I offer Holistic Wellness workshops, as well as guided meditation and yoga classes as a Certified Yoga Instructor and Holistic Wellness Coach. I am committed to providing quality services that make a lasting difference and I look forward to connecting with new clients.

Girls Circle Group
The Girls Circle Program is a 6-week therapeutic program for culturally diverse adolescent girls using the “Girls Circle Model” created by One Circle Foundation. Girls Circle is the first gender-responsive program in the country to demonstrate effectiveness in reducing delinquency for girls. The Girls Circle model is a structured support group for youth who identify with female development from 9-18 years. The model integrates relational theory, resiliency practices, and skills training in a specific format designed to increase positive connection, personal and collective strengths, and competence in girls.
