Hi, my name is Candace, but you can call me Candy, I have worked in the mental health field for 20 years and have been licensed for 4 years. This experience has allowed me to gain vast knowledge in the many nuances that can affect one’s life. I have been honored by each person that I’ve worked with as they have allowed me a windows view of their life and the issues each of them had while working together as a team to overcome these issues. My thought on counseling is that the person seeking therapy and the therapist are a team and work together as a team to find solutions and overcome the issues at hand.
I have a desire to use my empathetic and compassionate nature along with my skillset and experience to help people find and utilize services, coping skills and solutions that will assist them in gaining a better quality of life.
