With over 20 years of experience, I provide person centered therapy to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I utilize evidenced based approaches tailored to meet each client’s individual needs. I hold certifications in both Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
