Hi there, I'm Candiss! With over 15 years of experience in the social service field, I am passionate about helping individuals navigate their mental health journeys. My practice focuses on a wide range of issues, including depression, anxiety, and everyday life stressors. I utilize an eclectic approach, combining Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Family Systems theory.
