Working through Trauma is an incredibly personal and courageous journey, one that feels like a battle against both invisible wounds and the weight of the past. It’s a slow and painful process, filled with moments of doubt, fear, and heartbreak. But there’s something undeniably powerful about each step forward, no matter how small. It's in the moments when you choose to face the darkness that you begin to reclaim your power and your peace. Healing doesn’t mean forgetting—it means finding strength in the scars and learning that you are more than your pain. Through the struggle, you rediscover hope, resilience, and joy once again.
As your therapist, I offer understanding and compassion, guiding your healing journey. We will work collaboratively to understand and manage your symptoms of PTSD, such as avoidance, hypervigilance, numbing, and emotional dysregulation, through both therapeutic techniques and coping strategies. I provide a safe, warm, non-judgmental space for healing.
Together, we'll navigate your journey to help you reclaim peace, strength, and your authentic self. The first step towards healing can be difficult, and I’m here to support you through every part of the process. I would love to help you better understand your worth and empower you to make necessary changes for a healthier, happier life.
