I am a seasoned licensed therapist with 20 years experience in mental health; 16 practicing psychotherapy (talk-therapy). I offer a unique combination of holding space for processing, while providing concrete tools to help you create momentum. My goal for each client is to experience immediate relief and work toward lasting transformation.
When you work with me, I custom tailor my treatment plans for each client. I use an integrated, insight-oriented model. Pairing empathy and intuition, with well researched clinical modalities. I have extensive training in attachment-based, cognitive behavioral, emotional focused therapy, and bilateral stimulation (the science behind EMDR).
Outside of therapy, I am known as a mental health subject matter expert. I am an adjunct lecturer, keynote speaker, and mental health consultant for health tech companies. I will present my first TEDx talk in Fall 2025.
