About

Imagine a future in which the challenges that you’re currently facing are no longer keeping you stuck and getting in the way of living your best possible life. I absolutely believe this vision is possible for you - that you have the wisdom, strength, and ability to shift your experiences towards a more satisfying life of well-being. I work with clients to help them tune into their own strengths as well as work together to develop realistic strategies to overcome barriers and meet their goals. I would like to support and encourage you in this way.
I use evidence-based interventions, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based interventions. My goal is to balance non-judgmental acceptance and compassion with encouragement and working towards making changes. I aim to create a space that feels comfortable, kind, and honest.
It is important to find a good fit with a therapist. Please contact me by phone or email and I will be happy to set-up a free phone consultation to discuss what you would like to focus on in therapy, whether my services will be a good fit for your needs, and to answer any other questions you may have. Let me know a few good times for a phone consult.
