I have 35 years experience as a psychotherapist, couples therapist, and mediator, helping individuals and couples make positive changes in their lives--both immediate and lasting. My extensive background in conflict resolution makes me uniquely qualified as a couples therapist.
The goals of couples therapy include reestablishing a partnership that replaces attacking and withdrawing with healthier communication skills, closeness, and intimacy.
