My specialties are working with anxiety, family or relationship concerns. I offer services for children, teens, adults, and late adulthood. I use a combination of evidence based therapeutic methods but am also uniquely trained in a therapeutic method known as sand play therapy. I am currently offering services solely via telehealth.
