I believe that clients are the experts in their lives and my role is to listen, learn, and provide support that allows them to problem solve, manage, and heal from their experiences.
Anxiety and depression can be overwhelming, but by breaking down big problems into bite size pieces and identifying goals around those problems, client's can gain a sense of hope. I help support my clients in this process by breaking down these heavy struggles and working through them one step at a time.
