Using a combination of EMDR and Restoration Therapy, I help clients move out of negative emotional patterns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship conflict. EMDR allows us to gently process and resolve past experiences that still feel activating, while Restoration Therapy helps clients understand the patterns and beliefs they might be currently stuck in. Together, we don’t just reduce symptoms—we create lasting change by helping clients feel more grounded, think more clearly, and respond to life from a place of peace instead of reactivity or pain.
I use both EMDR and Restoration Therapy to help clients heal the root of their struggles and change the patterns keeping them stuck. Both of these models are very tangible and easy to use outside of the therapy room, which clients find very helpful.
