About
I'm Candice! I became a therapist so I could be the person I wish I had during tough times. Someone that could tell me that my future will be better than today, and that I have the power to make that so. You also have that power! Throughout life many of us may struggle with self-doubt, social anxiety, depression, low-self esteem, family conflict, relationship challenges and many others. It can be hard to know how to cope with uncertain or difficult situations and with reaching your full potential, but I am here to help you or a child/adolescent in your family.
Together we can explore the connection between your thoughts, feelings and behaviors. I can be there to listen, provide guidance and help you learn skills and acquire tools you may find useful to bridge the gap between where you are now and where you want to be. For parents and families we can can explore your hopes and desires for your child.
Whether you are seeking help for you or your child; I would love the opportunity to hear your specific needs, goals and life circumstances to better understand how I can walk with you through the process of healing and growth. Feel free to reach out to me for a 15 minute consult call to see if we would be a good match!
