I am a seasoned therapist in private practice serving people in Tennessee who are taking the courageous steps on the path of self-discovery, greater compassion, increased curiosity, and improved emotional well being. I work best with highly verbal clients, primarily 18+, who are interested in exploring spiritual and metaphysical topics that may feel unsafe to explore with others. I work best with individuals seeking more alignment with personal values, who are curious about Shadow Work, or religious trauma. I am a transpersonal psychologist, working from evidence-based best practices established by Family Systems Theory.
I consider myself a spiritual eclectic, intuitive counselor, and mystic. I am also a science nerd, acolyte of Joseph Campbell, a fan of mixing metaphors, religious systems, myths, or pop-culture to help my clients deep-dive into their own truth and conscious experiencing, so that greater self-understanding and overall life satisfaction improves.
Therapy provides space for you to emerge fully and without judgement in the present moment. Therapy is practice where you gain the courage to embody your truth.
