Therapists are often asked, "who is your ideal client?" Honestly if I could take away mental health issues I would. The more appropriate question would be "who would you like to work with?" I want progress not only in my own life and career, but progress for my clients so the person that I truly want to work with is someone who desires the same. Do we all feel like making progress every day? No. Ultimately I want someone who is ready to do the work regardless of what is hindering you. We can work on those hinderances together. I got you.
How I help is first we establish rapport. I feel it is very important at the start of any relationship whether personal or professional. I am well versed in issues concerning: anxiety, depression, workplace issues, family issues, trauma, career issues and chronic issues. I have been trained in EMDR. We will decide together what the best approach will be.
I look forward to meeting you in whatever space that you choose to show up to the session. I just ask that it is comfortable and confidential as we will be talking about very sensitive information that you'll need the space to show up authentically.
