Seeking liberation from suffering in the modern world can be daunting and confusing. Western therapy alone can sometimes miss the mark when our struggles bring us in contact with deep, existential pain. But pain can be a powerful doorway to understanding and peace with the right support. I specialize in integrating Buddhist Psychology with general counseling to help folks struggling to find their purpose, resolve past trauma, and live an ethical and wholehearted life.
I have trained with Mahayana and Theravada teachers for 20 years, and focus on using insight meditation tools to unlearn conditioning that leads to distress. As a therapist, I focus on attachment trauma recovery and behavior change with an emphasis on healing through relationships.
