I offer therapeutic space for partners hoping to heal history as they navigate crafting the life they hope to share, and the relationship dynamic(s) that best suit who they are evolving to be. I specialize in navigating complex trauma histories in relationship, as well as current complexities, in a way that allows us to understand where history is coming alive in the body, mind or relational dynamic. Simultaneously, we will also foster skills for reflective communication, collaborative negotiation, co-regulation and compassionate holding, as we glean mutual understanding of relational needs, and build new secure ground to stand on.

Often, healing begins when we give voice to our unspoken stories so they can be held outside of the confines of the body and mind, and pain can be met with informed understanding and care. Together, we will work to free your relationship(s) from echoes of the past as we identify a path forward that honors all unique parts of you, your hopes, and your needs.

Complexities I navigate with clients include relational impacts of chronic illness, loving a partner experiencing PTSD, exploring bisexual identity in hetero presenting relationship, relationship transition, open relationship structuring, and supporting survivors of sexual abuse & domestic violence.
