Hi, my name is Candice Bruce. I am a licensed therapist with over ten years of experience. I have helped my clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, life transitions, relationship issues, grief, etc. My approach to therapy is warm and supportive. I utilize a combination of Attachment-based, Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Trauma Focused, and Person-Centered. I firmly believe that working toward your goals creates a positive change in your life.
