About
As a Licensed Professional Counselor, it is my goal to help each individual gain strength and hope for their future. I specialize in working with adults (18+) who are seeking relief from overwhelming or traumatic experiences as well as those seeking support in their recovery from addictions. Sometimes these experiences can leave us feeling a little stuck, alone, invalidated, and a whole mix of emotions. I’m here to remind you that you make sense! I strive to create a comfortable space where you can be yourself (even if it feels messy!), feel understood, and start your journey of healing.
Through the use of EMDR, ego state interventions, as well as trauma informed DBT and CBT, my approach can have fast and long lasting effects that result in minimal maintenance over time! I am now offering EMDR intensives to provide more individuals a way to engage in trauma treatment on a short term basis! Visit my website for more information!
Taking this first step for treatment is not easy and takes a lot of courage. No matter what is bringing you in, I can assure you that your experiences are valid, your trauma is valid, and there are tools that can make life feel a little easier to manage! Please take a look at my website to get to know me a little more or feel free to reach out!
