I have a passion for working with adolescents and young adults, helping them navigate life and helping them to identify and develope lasting skills that will follow them into adulthood. Life can be difficult and sometimes simply having someone to listen, really listen can be instrumental in navigating through those trying times.
I use a variety of theraputic approaches based on what works best for the individual I'm working with and what there therapeutic and life goals are.
I have worked with at risk adolescents helping them to develop social skills, coping skills, helped them develop plans for there future and work through the traumas of there past. This experience has help me to develop my own unique therapeutic approach.
