“Why am I overwhelmed? What’s wrong with me? I should be over my anxiety by now.” Can you relate? My name is Candice Beaton and I am an expert in all things anxiety. By coming to a session with me, you will finally be able to grasp your situation and learn tools to manage anxiety and stress in relationships with yourself and others, at work, and with family.
You will feel more grounded and have a realistic perception of your situation. You will have access to someone whose opinion you can trust and whose advice is proven to work, ultimately leading you to be more confident. Sessions currently offered only via telehealth for Illinois residents.

Overcome Anxiety with Candice Beaton
Stressed out? Overwhelmed? Can't stop the racing thoughts? YOU are not alone! The GOOD NEWS is there's something you can do about it. In a safe and supportive ONLINE group setting, you will learn skills to help overcome your anxiety. I use Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, all evidenced based treatments that help to decrease anxiety.
